Things have been a bit busy behind the scenes! I have a handful of podcasts and webinars coming up that I'm very excited to share with you all.

My own Webinar Series - Leadership in Real Life

• I'm meeting with James. R Elliot to discuss Dealing with the Fear of Not Being Liked – How this can impact decision-making and leadership in February.

• Leadership in Real Life: Mark Brody will be joining me for March's topic: You Won’t Learn This in a Leadership Book – Why learning through experience and failure is more effective than reading development books.

Guest Appearances:

• I had the pleasure to talk with Baba Sam Shelley on his podcast, The Vibrant Soul Society which should be airing in January 2025.

• I will be recording with Ant Austen for his podcast, The Self Study Show, in February.

• James R. Elliot and I will meet again to talk on his podcast, Unleash Your Power, in February.

• I will partner with Blake Johnson, The Podfather, to talk on his podcast, The Diary of a Mad Black Man, focusing on mental health and vulnerability. This is a different topic than I've been used to recently, but I'm looking forward to the open conversation.

• Malisa Hepner and I will get to shoot the breeze on her podcast, Emotional Unavailability in February.

• I'm leading a live training/webinar session for SCORE in March (thanks to Sheryl Mays) to talk about Emotional Intelligence for entrepreneurs.
